I love to teach yoga, take yoga, spread and share yoga. I love life and the mysteries and opportunities it brings my way. My glass is half full. I don’t look back…unless I can learn something. I am impatient with those who don’t see each and every day as an opportunity. I believe we are in charge of our destiny and that in most cases, the choices we make bring us to where we are at any given moment.
